At Yachting Essentials, we stand behind the quality of our products. If a product fails to meet your expectations, simply return it or exchange it within 60 days of purchase.

You will be responsible for all shipping costs involved in exchanging goods unless the return is a result of our error. For your protection, consider using UPS, FedEx or Insured US Parcel Post for shipment. We do not recommend that you send parcels uninsured. Your credit or exchange will be processed within 7-14 days from the day the returned item is received.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been received, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to notify that the order has been processed and is being prepared for shipment. Orders placed before 2:00 pm. (CST) will be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm. (CST) will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Although Yachting Essentials makes every effort to ship the entire order as soon as it is received some products will occasionally be out of stock or backordered. In the event that an ordered product is not in stock or on backorder, we will call or e-mail you to discuss the situation.
All products featured on Yachting Essentials will ship directly from the manufacturer and/or from Yachting Essentials in Chicago, Illinois. Products will ship only via United Parcel Service (UPS). We cannot and will not ship to Post Office Boxes.
